The Sugar Land Heritage Foundation inspires community pride by collecting, preserving, communicating, and celebrating the history of Sugar Land, Texas.
We are excited to announce our permanent museum site is the second floor of the former Container Warehouse building that is located between the Silos and the 3-Bay Warehouse. This building has access to the future square or outdoor commons area in the redevelopment of the former Imperial Refinery site. SLHF will also convert the roof of the “Container Warehouse” into an outdoor venue for parties and events. The current projected time frame to open the new museum is late 2017 to early 2018.
